I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key for lasting change. I prioritize the foundational components of wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, exercise, and meaningful relationships. My style is empathetic, thoughtful and collaborative; whenever possible, I empower patients to direct their own care.
I know it’s not realistic to feel happy all the time. My goal is to increase your capacity to experience peace and joy. Often this means regular psychotherapy, sometimes with medication.
